How long does a bespoke leather piece take?
Production time depends on the complexity of the project and must be reserved in advance. Most pieces take approximately 2–3 weeks. Please consult your artisan advisor for a confirmed schedule.
Which countries or regions do you deliver to?
We deliver to most countries and regions worldwide, including Asia, Europe, the Middle East, the Americas and Oceania. Remote or restricted destinations may be excluded; please contact our advisor to confirm availability.
What is included in the final price?
The quoted price includes leather, hardware, handcrafting, basic personalization for the bag and its accessories, shipping and applicable import duties. Remote-area delivery surcharges, where applicable, are charged separately.
Can my order be expedited, and is there an extra fee?
Expedited production may be available when the atelier schedule allows. An additional craftsmanship fee applies and must be confirmed in advance.
Can I add a name or personal emblem to the bag?
Yes. Personalized marks can be added. Additional fees apply when custom hardware moulding is required.
Which payment methods do you accept, and how do I place an order?
We accept PayPal, credit cards, Apple Pay, Alipay and bank transfer. A 50% deposit is normally required to place the order. The remaining balance is due after the piece is completed and approved.
