LoneCuir Complete Terms for Handcrafted Leather Bespoke Orders
Thank you for choosing LoneCuir's handcrafted leather bespoke service. Every product is individually hand-stitched by an artisan. Each piece carries its own natural grain and subtle marks of hand craftsmanship. Please read all of the following terms carefully before placing your order.
Payment Terms
- Once your order is confirmed, only 50% of the total order value is required as a deposit. Upon receipt of the deposit, we will reserve the selected leather and raw materials, secure the artisan's production slot, and formally begin production.
- After the item has been completed, we will send you photographs and detailed videos of the finished piece for approval. Once you are satisfied, the remaining 50% balance must be paid. Shipment will be arranged after the balance has been paid in full.
- Regional pricing: Prices displayed on the website are destination-specific. For certain regions, the displayed price already includes delivery service, with no additional hidden charges.
Deposit and Refund Terms
- If you cancel before the artisan begins production and before the leather has been cut, you may request a full refund of the deposit.
- Once leather cutting or production has begun, the deposit is non-refundable. The natural leather, artisan time, and production slot have been reserved exclusively for your order and cannot be resold or reassigned. Please order carefully.
- If a major workmanship error on our part, such as an incorrect pattern or a serious construction defect, prevents us from delivering a qualified product, you may choose either a complimentary remake or a full refund of the deposit.
Dimensions, Materials, and Personalisation
- Natural leather colour variation: Leather grain and colour shown on the website are for reference only. Natural full-grain leather may vary by hide, batch, and lighting, and may display natural colour differences, grain variation, or growth marks. These are normal characteristics of genuine leather and are not quality defects.
- Handmade dimensional tolerance: Every bag is cut and stitched entirely by hand. Finished dimensions may vary by approximately ±0.5 cm to 1 cm. This is within the normal range of hand production and is not considered a defect.
- Before ordering, please confirm all details, including dimensions, hardware style, thread colour, and personalised embossing.
- Once production has begun, major changes to the pattern, dimensions, or leather cannot be accommodated. Minor detail changes are subject to a labour assessment and may incur an additional charge.
Production Time
The standard bespoke production period is 2–4 weeks. Lead times may be extended during peak seasons when order volume is higher. We will proactively share production updates; however, the duration of individual handcrafting stages can vary.
Shipping, Receipt, and After-Sales Service
- Shipping and charges: Complimentary shipping and customs-clearance service are provided for most regions and returning clients. Once the final price is confirmed, there will be no secondary or hidden charges.
- Please inspect the parcel upon delivery. After receipt, returns or exchanges are not accepted for issues unrelated to craftsmanship quality, including wear from use, impact damage, or other customer-caused damage.
- We provide lifetime leather-care consultation. Members receive after-sales benefits according to their membership level; please refer to the membership programme for details.
- If the parcel is not received, the order does not match the product delivered, or the product has a quality issue, you may choose a full refund or a complimentary remake.
Other Terms
- Images of bespoke products are for reference only. A handcrafted piece cannot be made 100% identical to a sample.
